Eleven adults and three children are displaced after an apartment fire on Indianapolis' east side over the weekend. The Indianapolis Fire Department said crews responded around 6 p.m. Saturday, June 7 to Spanish Oaks Apartments, located in the 3600 block of Governours Lane, near 38th Street and North Mitthoefer Road, after heavy fire broke out in an upstairs apartment.
