Description
Seventeen seasons later, "American Ninja Warrior" is continuing to reinvent the wheel as elite athletes try to conquer the world's most challenging obstacle courses.
"Paying all my homage to the Indy 500, we reveal who the greatest race driver-turned-ninja has been. We've had Hélio Castroneves, Ricky Stenhouse Jr., Josef Newgarden — we've had some big guys come out, and we reveal who the best is, so you don't want to miss that," co-host Matt Iseman said.
For the first time, all rounds of the competition are taking place in Las Vegas. Also new for the 17th season, the "American Ninja Warrior" national finals will feature high-stakes side-by-side and head-to-head races, with a new bracket-style tournament determining the next "American Ninja Warrior" champion.
Season 17 of "American Ninja Warrior" premieres Monday, June 2 at 8 p.m. ET on NBC and will be available to stream the next day on Peacock.
