Description
While we've had a nice break from the tropical weather, the heat and humidity will be on the rise this weekend.
Through earlier part of the day, expect mostly dry and warm conditions, and a little bit of humidity.
Today and Saturday, temperatures will hover around the 90 degree mark, with mostly sunny and mostly dry conditions. Dew points will stay in the 60s, so you'll feel the humidity, but it won't be as bad as what comes our way heading toward next week.
This increasing humidity for the back half of the weekend will also bring some scattered shower and storm chances back to the forecast by Sunday, and highs will be in the low 90s.
Even with the few chances for rain, don't forget to apply the sunscreen and make sure to stay hydrated through the weekend, as UV index values will be high along with the temperatures!
Longer range forecasts are trending for slowly falling temperatures starting next Tuesday, that will coincide with an increasing chance of storms and showers next week.
Expect to see better chances for showers and storms both Tuesday and Wednesday, with temperatures potentially falling back to the low 80s by the end of next week.
