Dinky the dog was taken after his human, Steve, died in Arizona back in April. Family members searched for Dinky and spread the dog's photo across social media. On Monday, Steve's sister, Rhonda Beltran, learned that Dinky had turned up in Ridgefield, Washington. Dinky was taken to an animal rescue group in Battle Ground, which helped track down his family. Rhonda said she has now fulfilled a promise to her late brother to protect Dinky.
