An investigation is underway after three fires started within 45 minutes along Denver's High Line Canal.

"A call came in at around 1:37 p.m. of a fire along the canal that then spread into some cottonwood trees and then into the building at 1181 Parker Road," said Brian Willie, public information officer with South Metro Fire Rescue.
