Description
Some travelers heading to Portland International Airport Wednesday morning missed their flights due to delays caused by construction on Airport Way. Traffic appeared to be moving smoothing on Airport Way Thursday morning. The Port of Portland said information about the repaving project is posted online. Due to the traffic impact, the Port of Portland changed the times when the construction will happen. It's now from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. through July 30.
