Description
A "cool" weather surprise today! A near-perfect circle of clouds appeared over Louisiana. It’s called an outflow boundary. It's when a thunderstorm blasts out cool air that spreads and creates a mini cold front. You might even feel a gust of wind before new storms form if you're near it. Nature is wild.
