Donna Powell describes her Chocolate Labs as her "chick clique” — her girls, her family. When they went missing in March, she and her husband, Joe, spent a sleepless night searching the area near their Clinton County home.
On March 27, Donna's dogs, Ruby and Nellie, were found shot and killed on private property in Boone County.
