Description
Quincy Avery's ascent from rock bottom to becoming one of the most successful football coaches is nothing short of inspirational.
"The Quincy Avery Effect" is a 91-minute documentary that shares how he overcame 1,000 nights without a home to coaching some of the NFL's best quarterbacks.
"It is really about the power of perseverance, and we're telling that story through the lens of both quarterbacks and the game of football, so we get to see the opportunity for me to overcome obstacles in order to get where I'm at," Avery said.
Former Indianapolis Colts coach Tony Dungy and current NFL quarterbacks Jalen Hurts, C.J. Stroud, Jordan Love, Justin Fields and more share testimonials about their experience working with Avery.
"They put so much stock in the things that I say and my ability to help them in order to reach their goals, and really, what I get to do each and every day is help people live out their dreams," Avery said. "It's always cool seeing people start in different spaces and seeing where they eventually get to, but everybody doesn't always become a pro quarterback, but we get to become a pro in life, and I think that I've helped many more people than you get to see in this documentary become pros in that aspect."
"The Quincy Avery Effect" is now streaming on Hulu.
