IMPD, Indiana State Police (ISP) and the Beech Grove Indiana Police Department worked together this weekend to combat spinning and reckless driving efforts across Indianapolis. In total, police said they issued at least 28 traffic citations, made 15 arrests, recovered six guns and towed at least five cars.
