Residents in a Muncie neighborhood are asking for accountability after dozens of shots were fired during a party last week. "In our neighborhood, it is relatively quiet," said Kourtney McCauliff. She has lived near Alden Road and Gilbert Street in Muncie for almost nine years. Last weekend, however, Muncie Police say they found 55 shell casings in the street after shots rang out in the middle of the night.
