Description
An Indianapolis man charged with causing a deadly crash while intoxicated has been granted specialized driving privileges.
The lawyers for Bradley Woods filed a petition on Tuesday, April 15 for a specialized driving privileges permit. The petition comes about a week after a judge decided Woods would not be getting his drivers license back.
On April 23, Judge Marshelle Broadwell heard Woods' petition and granted him specialized driving privileges, which allows him to drive to work, granted he takes a specific route. He also must have an ignition breathalyzer and can only stop for gas and groceries at one specific place on Mondays.
