Two teenagers have been arrested following a police chase in downtown Indianapolis early Sunday morning. According to a police report from IMPD, shortly after midnight on April 20, a police chase ended at the intersection of South Meridian Street and East South Street, not far from Lucas Oil Stadium, following an investigation into a report of shots fired.
