Wednesday, April 2 is a Weather Impact Alert Day, and it’s crucial that residents stay informed and prepared for the potential hazards that may occur.
All of Indiana is in a Level 3 (out of 5) severe storm risk, and southern Indiana is in a Level 4, where the probabilities of tornadoes is conditionally higher. And most of Indiana is in probability area of storms that could contain "significant" (75+ mph) wind gusts, hail (lime-sized or larger) and/or strong tornado (EF-2+) risk zone.
