Description
The debate over public schools sharing property tax dollars with charter schools continued Thursday at the Indiana Statehouse.
If passed, the bill would require school districts, like IPS, to share property tax dollars with charter schools.
In February, Senate Bill 518 passed with a vote of 28-21.
Now the House Ways and Means Committee is listening to testimony from educators, parents and charter school operators.
