A Martinsville woman is facing charges after allegedly having sex with a 15-year-old boy. Brittany Fortinberry, 31, of Martinsville, is facing the following charges: — Three counts of sexual misconduct with a minor — One count of dissemination of matter harmful to minors — One count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor According to court documents, a woman went to the Morgan County Prosecutor's Office in December 2024 to report that her grandson had sex with Fortinberry. Court documents say the grandson told his grandmother that Fortinberry molested him — and he wasn't the only victim.
