Description
Community leaders in Haughville say their west Indianapolis neighborhood is being hit with a wave of vandalism. The graffiti can be seen along West 10th Street between the White River and Concord Street. As of Monday, Feb. 24, more than 40 buildings have been tagged. "You see graffiti on both sides of the streets. On churches, businesses, restaurants and properties. Now they are hitting the garages," Robert Laster Sr. said.
