Shamar Duncan, of Indianapolis, was sentenced Monday to 105 years in prison for the 2022 murder of a Dutch solider outside a downtown Indianapolis hotel. In January, a jury found Duncan guilty in the murder of Dutch Corporal Simmie Poetsema.
