Description
Three boaters are safe after being rescued off the coast of Florida. It happened Sunday, Feb. 23 near Captiva Island. Coast Guard video shows the boaters sitting on top of their capsized vessel. They were taken to a Coast Guard station at Fort Myers Beach to get checked out.
