A 22-year-old man has been arrested following a police chase Saturday morning in Lawrence. According to a Lawrence Police Department spokesperson, shortly after 9 a.m. on Feb. 22, officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 9300 block of Otis Avenue, which is near East 56th Street. Police say an armed 22-year-old man was in an argument with his girlfriend when the girlfriend called 911. When officers arrived at the scene, they say the man then forced his girlfriend into a car and drove off. The man led officers on a chase that ultimately ended with a crash at the intersection of East 46th Street and North Emerson Avenue. Police say neither of the vehicle's occupants were injured.
