Near East Raymond and Shelby streets, family and friends of Dillan Rogers came together Saturday at a place so familiar to him. "Dillan rides a bike everyday, all day, no matter the weather," Billie Jean Peterson, Dillan's partner said. On a chilly Thursday morning, his family said he was riding his bike home, on the same route he takes everyday. But this ride, would be his last.
