Two-year-old yellow lab Raybeau is a service dog in training with the Indiana Canine Assistance Network, or ICAN. He spent his Valentine's Day delivering "puppy love" to Hoosiers. "Happy Valentine's Day," said Suzanne Robinson, an ICAN volunteer working with Raybeau. "Today is like Christmas for me," Robinson said. "It is honestly one of the best days of my year."
