Description
A large storm system is moving into Indiana starting after sunset Friday. We will start with snow, but as temperatures warm, we'll change to ice and rain Friday night. This is the same storm that has hit the West Coast with heavy snow and mudslides.
By Sunday temperatures will cool back down and bring some more snow.
We think there will be some light snow accumulations Friday night, especially north of Indianapolis, then up to 0.2 inches of ice overnight. By Saturday at 7AM, we should switch back to rain which should melt the slick spots. Up to an inch of rain is possible. Afterwards we will go back to snow showers on Sunday. A couple inches of snow could be possible in spots.
