Description
A Johnson County man was sentenced to 10 years in federal prison for stealing almost $3 million and five Indianapolis homes, the U.S. Department of Justice announced Monday.
In addition to the prison time, James Henley, 35, of Greenwood, will also serve three years of supervised release after pleading guilty to: Aggravated identity theft, conspiracy to commit access device fraud, two counts of money laundering and eight counts of wire fraud.
Henley was also ordered to pay nearly $1.9 million in restitution.
