Description
An Indianapolis woman is facing a felony charge of abusing a disabled person after allegedly being shown on video attacking a woman in her care.
In the video you see the woman, who is said to be the caregiver, violently shake her patient before throwing her to the ground.
At that point, you see the woman holding her head as she begins to cry.
Cynthia Sartino says it was her 39-year-old mentally disabled daughter Kimberly in the video.
She says she stumbled across the video on Thanksgiving as she was checking the cameras in her daughter's bedroom, kind of like a nanny cam.
