A man has died following a motorcycle crash on the south side of Indianapolis Sunday afternoon. According to a release from IMPD, shortly before 3 p.m. on Nov. 17, officers responded to a report of a personal injury accident at the intersection of Heathwood Drive and South Emerson Avenue, which is near Stop 11 Road and Franciscan Hospital. When officers arrived, they found a crash scene involving a motorcycle and another vehicle. Medics arrived and took the motorcyclist to a hospital, where they were pronounced dead shortly after arriving. On Monday, Nov. 18, the Marion County Coroner's Office identified that motorcyclist as 54-year-old Tracy Allen Godfrey.
