Target is trying to help ease the cost of holiday shopping. The retailer says it's dropping prices on thousands of items ahead of the shopping season. That includes things like home goods, beauty products, toys, and food and beverage items. Some prices have already dropped, and the discounting will continue through December. This is the second time this year Target has cut prices in an effort to lure shoppers back in.
