Description
Communities in North Carolina are still cleaning up after Hurricane Helene hit the area.
Up to 100,000 people in the area are still without water weeks after the hurricane came through.
Also, more than 23,000 are still without power.
Crews from across the country are there to help, but the problem is that area has so much dense forest and mountain terrain, so it's been difficult to get to, especially with roads and bridges washed out.
