Prosecutors filed charges against a man accused of murdering 58-year-old Alan Gosnell inside the Indiana Convention Center. Brian Fulton, of Indianapolis, is being held in the Marion County Jail. On Sept. 17, Fulton made an initial court appearance, pleading not guilty and requesting a public defender. The judge in the case denied bond, and a no contact order was issued for Fulton involving several people. A lawyers-only court appearance is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. Nov. 19.
