Around 5:30 a.m. Oct. 26, officers responded to the 11000 block of Dunshire Drive, near East Washington and North Muessing streets in Cumberland, for a report of a person shot. Officers located a woman who had been shot in the abdomen, who was taken to an Indianapolis hospital, Cumberland police told 13News. No information on her condition, or the circumstances of the shooting, has been shared by police.
