Description
City leaders provided some fresh insight into work near the Henry Street Bridge construction site.
The Department of Public Works shared an update Tuesday, July 8 about excavation work in the area of Greenlawn Cemetery, which was the first cemetery in Indianapolis.
Crews working at the site have identified more than 1,100 grave shafts, though the number of grave shafts found isn't necessarily an indication of how many bodies were buried there.
