Description
High pressure is building across the Ohio River Valley, bringing heat and high humidity for the next several days, just in time for the start of summer.
High humidity makes it tougher for our bodies to cool down. We sweat and when the sweat evaporates, it pulls heat from our body to cool us down. When it's humidity, it is harder for the sweat to evaporate.
