An Indiana University fraternity has been suspended for three years after it received complaints regarding "significant hazing concerns." According to a statement provided by Mark Bode, executive director of media relations and public affairs for IU, the decision to immediately suspend the Sigma Chi chapter was made in the "interest of the health, safety, and wellbeing of the chapter members and the campus community."
