Calls for Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett to resign are growing louder at the City-County Building. On Tuesday, Councilor Crista Carlino (D-District 11) became the fourth council member to publicly call for the mayor to step down. The move comes after several women came forward alleging that Hogsett’s former chief of staff and campaign manager, Thomas Cook, sexually harassed them.
