Drinking water will soon be more accessible in Tampa after city officials announced a "multi-departmental effort" to install a new, 24/7 drinking fountain. City leaders held a press conference Monday morning in the area of North 22nd Street and Emma Street in East Tampa, the same location the new water fountain was installed.
