According to Oklahoma Offender Lookup, Allen was transferred from the Pendleton Correctional Facility in Madison County, Indiana, to the Lexington Assessment and Reception Center in Cleveland County, Oklahoma on Friday, July 18. 13News is working to learn the reasoning for the transfer.
