The man accused of killing a fellow soldier at a Missouri Army base is pleading not guilty to the crime. SPC Wooster Rancy is charged with murder and obstructing justice in violation of Articles 118 and 131b of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, KYTV-TV reported Thursday, July 10. Rancy is accused of killing Sgt. Sarah Roque, a native of Ligonier, Indiana, in October 2024. Roque's body was reportedly found in a dumpster on base.
