Description
A jury on Wednesday found former Aurora dentist James Craig guilty of murder and five additional felony counts in the poisoning of his wife, Angela, in 2023. He will spend the rest of his life in prison.
The jury heard 10 days of testimony from nearly 50 witnesses. It took them about nine hours to make a decision. Craig showed no visible emotion as the verdict was delivered.
The jury found Craig guilty of first-degree murder, two counts of solicitation to commit tampering with physical evidence, two counts of solicitation to commit perjury in the first degree, and one count of solicitation of first-degree murder.
