A Beech Grove man is facing a felony charge for allegedly shooting and killing his neighbor's cat. "Oreo" was found with a bullet wound in his chest after neighbors reported a loud bang on the evening of Wednesday, July 23. The shooting happened in the 200 block of North 9th Avenue, across Lick Creek from Beech Grove Middle School. The woman who owned the cat identified her neighbor, Jonathan Mosier, as the one who had killed the cat.
