A suspect arrested in connection with a crash that killed two people was going more than three times the speed limit, according to an arrest affidavit from Aurora Police. The Aurora Police Department said Olvin Lidenis Carcamo-Meza, 18, was arrested on suspicion of two counts of vehicular homicide on July 23.
