Travelers entering Colorado from the east will soon be greeted by more than just a welcome center and sign — they’ll find a steaming cup of history, thanks to two local educators. Natasha Miller and Tony Artiz, both lifelong residents of Julesburg, are building a drive-thru coffee shop called The Pony Espresso Drive-Thru Cafe. It'll be across from the Northeast Colorado Welcome Center along Interstate 76.
