Description
Florida's Hunting, Fishing and Camping Sales Tax Holiday kicked off on Monday, Sept. 8, and runs through the rest of 2025.
This means Floridians can buy qualifying supplies tax-free through the end of the year. This marks the first time in Florida that firearms and ammunition are not subject to a price cap.
There is a list of items included, and the exemption doesn't apply to the rental or repair of any of the qualifying items. It also doesn't apply to sales in a theme park, entertainment complex, public lodging establishment or airport.
