Description
Immanueal Jaquez Clark-Johnson, a Black man, was killed by police in 2022, shot in the back. The lawsuit claimed police "wrongly and unreasonably" believed he was the suspect in an armed robbery. The victim of that robbery had told police that the real suspects were white.
