Condon's next project is director and writer of "Kiss of the Spider Woman," based on the 1976 book that was adapted into a 1985 movie and a 1993 Broadway musical.
The story follows two cellmates (Diego Luna and Tonatiuh) who could not be more different but form an unlikely bond as one recounts the plot of a Hollywood musical starring his favorite silver screen diva (Jennifer Lopez).
"Kiss of the Spider Woman" opens in theaters Friday, Oct. 10.
