One woman and two cats are dead after an apartment fire on the southeast side of Indianapolis earlier this month. Indianapolis firefighters were called to an apartment in the 8500 block of Sedona Ridge Lane, near Southeastern Avenue and South Franklin Road, around 10:30 a.m. Sept. 4.
