Shortly after 2 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 21, Perry Hilliard says he heard nonstop gunshots from where he sat inside his car on the northwest side of Indianapolis. "Pah pah pah pah. It's like the shots actually got faster," Hilliard said. Hilliard had his car parked in a liquor store parking lot a few feet away from where IMPD says two men died and five others were injured in a shooting. Police say all victims were men, except for one woman. A police report from IMPD says 57 officers responded to the shooting. Yellow tape blocked off the parking lot and nearby strip mall for hours.
