A weekend traffic stop led to the arrest of a second suspect in a deadly 2024 shooting on Indianapolis' south side, IMPD announced Monday, Sept. 15. Around 5 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 14, an IMPD Downtown District officer pulled over a vehicle which police said committed two traffic infractions.
