When Brandom Leum saw a swastika spray painted on his neighbor's fence in Carmel, he immediately wanted fix it. "It troubled me. And so, you know, I thought, man, I want to get up there and take care of it," Leum said. Leum didn't waste a second. "Go take the bucket of paint that I have and go find it and cover it up, because it just, you know, just not a place I think that it needs to sit for any length of time" Leum said.
