James Clark has stood in the same spot on Sept. 11 for 23 years, waving an American flag for 12 hours in honor of the nearly 3,000 lives lost on Sept. 11, 2001. "I think it means a lot of things to a lot of different people. To Me, it meant our collective strength and what we are as a nation and what we inspire to be," the Air Force veteran said.
