Strangers were seen on camera trying to save a sheriff's deputy dangling on an overpass in Lubbock, Texas, on Monday, Sept. 8. Officials say the deputy was thrown from his squad car after crashing into a semi. That deputy, a second one who remained in the squad car and the semi driver are all expected to be OK.
